June 6, 2015 is American Hiking Society’s National Trails Day®, the country’s largest celebration of trails. National Trails Day events will take place in every state across the country and will include hikes, biking and horseback rides, paddling trips, birdwatching, geocaching, gear demonstrations, stewardship projects and more.
This National Trails Day, Trailkeeper.org's, Erin Burch, will be leading a family-friendly hike at the Woodridge O&W Rail Trail on Saturday, June 6th at 1:30pm. The hike will be approximately 2 miles of fairly flat, well groomed terrain.
Join Erin on June 6th to learn more about Trailkeeper.org and to share some of your knowledge about the O&W Rail Trails.
