The Monticello Farmers' Market is an FMNP (Farmers' Market Nutrition Program) approved market that runs every other Monday from July through October. All of the farm vendors are approved to accept FMNP vouchers. The market provides a variety of goods for sale, including fresh fruit and vegetables, teas, salts, flowers, pickles, condiments, and other locally-producer value-added products. The market also has weekly demos and food tastings of recipes that incorporate local in-season produce.

The Eat Healthy FMNP Farmers' Market is a collaboration between Catskill Mountainkeeper,Sullivan County Public Health Services (WIC Program), Sullivan County Rural Health Network, and Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County.
