The Liberty Farmers' Market aims to increase the consumption of fresh, locally-grown fruits and vegetables, especially among lower income or otherwise disadvantaged residents, including seniors and women, infants and children. The market will be held weekly from 3pm to 6 pm on Fridays, through the height of the NY growing season, and will link residents of Liberty and nearby communities with local farmers and their products, including fresh grown vegetables and fruits, dairy and meat products, honey and maple syrup.
