Crystal Lake Volunteer Clean Up

Join us on Saturday, June 20, from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at Crystal Lake Wild Forest near Roscoe, NY for a community cleanup event open to all ages and abilities. Whether you're coming on your own, with friends, or as a family, your help will make a difference in keeping this beautiful natural area clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

Crystal Lake Wild Forest is an important local resource, providing wildlife habitat, clean water, and outdoor recreation opportunities for the community. Litter and debris can harm wildlife and diminish the natural beauty of the forest. By volunteering just a few hours of your time, you'll help protect the environment, preserve this special place for future generations, and show your support for our local natural spaces.

What to bring

Gloves, trash bags, and cleanup supplies will be provided. We encourage volunteers to bring:

  • Comfortable outdoor clothing
  • Sturdy shoes or boots
  • Plenty of water
  • Rain gear, just in case
