The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) recently issued draft air and water permits for Dominion's "New Market Project"—a proposal to pump 112 MILLION cubic feet of additional FRACKED GAS every day through a 50-year-old, 200-mile-long pipeline.  The permits should not be given; we need public hearings -- send your message now!
