Foxtail Community Farm Workshop Series
Foxtail Community Farm, Greenville (518) 966-8698 Workshops will introduce practical homesteading skills involving growing, preparing and preserving food. Each workshop will include information and demonstrations, as well as extensive hands-on learning. Participants will leave with a practical skill and a share of the goods produced. $10 for CSA members; $20 for non-members. Registration recommended. Life on the farm is of great interest to our communities as the desire to know where our food comes from continues to grow. Join seven small farmstead dairies that each make a value-added product, or two or twelve, from their goats’ and cows’ milk. Our creameries will be open between milking hours.
