The public is invited to view the model of the Water Discovery Center's building. You are welcome to stop in at the Middletown Town Hall on Route 28 in Arkville, NY, between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. Meet our architect, talk to our exhibit designer and see the gorgeous building model. Free refreshments
