The Ulster County Climate Smart Committee is hosting a Municipal Street Lighting Forum for local governments to learn about, share experiences with, and discuss challenges and opportunities for upgrading municipal street lighting to become more energy efficient and cost effective. The agenda will provide time for the following:

 1. Municipal Streetlight Case Studies:

- NYSERDA LED Street Lighting Report
- Village of Dobbs Ferry
- City of Yonkers
- Town of Clarkstown
- Town of New Paltz

2. Panel Discussion

3. Roundtable Discussion on Municipal Streetlights (Q&A)

Local governments and others interested in learning more about upgrading municipal street lighting are invited to attend the Municipal Street Lighting Forum. This is a free event, but please RSVP by March 31, 2015 before 5:00 p.m. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
