A Table at the Farm Event

You will be dining at Neversink Farm, a small scale organic vegetable and flower farm in the Catskills. You will have the opportunity to stroll the farm to see your meal’s ingredients flourishing in their native habitat

Before supper there is time to enjoy canapés, while wandering the vegetable fields, strolling the flower garden, and meeting some farm animals.

There will be an organized tour with the farmer during which you may ask questions you have about gardening, agriculture, or organic techniques.

James Beard Award winning Chef Patrick Connolly will prepare a multiple course meal sourced from the fields nearby and other local farms.
